The Story
What began as a casual Sunday conversation quickly turned into a Southeast Iowa dream — and thus, The Bougie Barrel was born.
We’re here to take the stress out of your special moments, offering a seamless, stylish, and unforgettable mobile bar experience. Whether you're planning a wedding, corporate event, private party, or something in between, we've got you covered.
Our beautifully restored horse trailer, Wynona, brings charm, elegance, and a touch of bougie flair to any celebration.

How does it work?
Step One: Inquiry
Start by sending us an email to submit an inquiry and tell us a little about your event! This is how we will be able to decide what package + add ons would best suit your needs!
Step Two: Proposal
Based on your information from your inquiry, we will assemble a package and pricing proposal for you to review.
Step Three: Contract & Deposit
When you are ready to book, an agreement form will be emailed for your review and signature. A 30% deposit is required at this time to secure your booking. You have now booked The Bougie Barrel for your special event!
Step Four: Event Questionnaire
About 60 days before your event we will email a questionnaire for you to complete. This will finalize event details.
Step Five: Event Execution
The Bougie Barrel arrives at your event 90 minutes before beverage service begins. Then, we serve you and your guests the experience you dreamed of!

Want a stress-free package? Let The Bougie Barrel handle it all—we'll bring the booze, secure the Iowa Liquor License, and provide full insurance coverage. Just email us for a personalized quote based on your event size and specific needs. Please note: a minimum of 45 days’ notice is required to obtain the necessary permits.
